As I have previously stated, Keywords are the soul of my workflow and making sure that each photo has been assigned a Location and Subject Keyword is essential for the rest of my workflow to function as designed.
To this end, I have created two Smart Collections to aid in this process.
Location
Here is the design of the Location Smart Collection
Subject
Here is the design of the Subject Smart Collection
In the Library module (Grid view mode or Loupe view mode), I make a first pass through the photos to make sure that all of the photos wind up with both a “Location” and “Subject” Keyword.
When these Smart Collections are empty, this step is complete.
